Pricing and Payment

Pricing

All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

Payment Terms

• Ready-to-ship items: Full payment required at time of order
• Custom pieces: 50% deposit required, balance due before delivery
• Major custom projects: Payment schedule will be agreed upon

• Customer responsible for providing accurate delivery address

Risk of Loss

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the specified address. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after successful delivery.

Warranties and Disclaimers

Product Warranties

We provide the following warranties:

• Manufacturing Defects: 12 months from purchase date
• Stone Security: 6 months for setting integrity
• Metal Quality: Lifetime warranty against tarnishing for precious metals
• Custom Work: 12 months against craftsmanship defects

Warranty Exclusions

Warranties do not cover:

• Modifications by third parties
• Loss or theft

Disclaimer of Warranties

For custom designs:

• You own the physical piece upon full payment
• We retain rights to design concepts and processes
• We may showcase completed work with your permission
• Resale of designs requires separate agreement

• Infringe on others' intellectual property rights
• Submit false or misleading information
